I created Novel Wicks because I love meeting new people in different worlds. I also love bringing those people to life with Novel Wicks.

I’m a single mother to my daughter, Hannah Grace. I have a middle school English/History teaching degree. I fell in love with reading when I found Twilight. I fell back into love with reading when I met Feyre and Tamlin in the Spring Court.

  • HOW CAN I HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH MY CANDLES?

    • Trim your wick to 4mm.

    • Light your wick at an angle.

    • Keep away from drafts.

    • It is best for the first burn to be 1-2 hours until the wax hits the edges. This will help avoid tunneling.

    • Keep away from small children.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

  • CANCELING ORDERS

    Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Please review your order before finalizing the purchase.

  • MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    1. Keep your box and items.
    2. Find your order info from Shopify.
    3. File a claim via USPS.

    ALTERNATIVE PLAN for damaged products.

    Add Route Insurance to any order placed. Then you can email them directly to file a claim.

  • INCLEMENT WEATHER (AKA HEAT)

    If you are living in a very hot area, please realize there's a high possibility your candle will come slightly flawed due to heat. If this is the case, make sure to purchase enough items that you get priority shipping. Priority shipping comes with insurance and you can file a claim through USPS.

    I cannot send replacements or refunds for weather caused flaws. You must rely on USPS claims or wait to order in the fall/winter times.

  • CUSTOMS

    All duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the buyer declines a package due to fees, they will forfeit their purchase. Unfortunately, I cannot provide reimbursement in such cases. However, if the seller agrees to cover the secondary shipping costs, I can arrange for the package to be resent.
