Policies & FAQ
• Trim your wick to 4mm.
• Light your wick at an angle.
• Keep away from drafts.
• Burn the first burn for 1-2 hours until the wax hits the edges. This will avoid tunneling.
• Keep away from small children.
Do you accept returns?
I do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your product please message me. I'll do my best to make sure you are satisfied. But due to COVID I am not able to accept returns.
I am unable to cancel orders once they are placed.
What do I do if a package comes damaged?
• Keep your box and items.
• Find your order info from Shopify.
• File a claim via USPS.
Inclement Weather (AKA Heat)
If you are living in a very hot area, please realize there's a high possibility your candle will come slightly flawed due to heat. If this is the case, make sure to purchase enough items that you get priority shipping. Priority shipping comes with insurance and you can file a claim through USPS.
I cannot send replacements or refunds for weather caused flaws. You must rely on USPS claims or wait to order in the fall/winter times.
The customer is responsible for all duties and fees. If the buyer refuses a package due to fees, they forfeit their purchase. I cannot reimburse for the loss. I can however resend the package if the seller provides the secondary shipping costs.
